Diwakar Reddy Peddinti is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in Android development and data science. Currently serving as a Senior Android Engineer at a venture-backed stealth startup in San Jose, he leads a team in creating innovative IoT applications across diverse business sectors. Diwakar has played a pivotal role in the end-to-end architecture, design, and release management of Android applications, focusing on enhancing performance and scalability. His work includes developing a company-specific Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) library, which significantly streamlined development efforts and ensured efficient communication across multiple devices.
Before his current role, Diwakar was a Data Science Engineer at DXC Technology, where he spearheaded the development of a meal recommendation app. His responsibilities included everything from requirement gathering and design documentation to integrating a recommendation engine and optimizing its performance. Diwakar has also contributed to various projects at Hewlett Packard, where he led a team to develop a next-gen platform for American Airlines, improving in-flight operations for thousands of flight attendants.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Diwakar is also an independent app developer, having launched a successful Android app, "HelpMeFocus," which has garnered over 300,000 downloads and positive user feedback.
