The Study of Novel "Flights" by Olga Tokarczuk
Abstract: This study investigates the topics, narrative structure, and literary strategies used by Olga Tokarczuk in her novel Flights. The study illustrates how Tokarczuk defies traditional narrative and offers a fresh viewpoint on movement and migration by studying major motifs such as travel, identity and the human body. Olga Tokarczuk?s novel Flights provides a distinctive approach of travel, identity and the human body through its fragmented narrative style. This research explores how Tokarczuk interweaves stories of movement and migration to investigate philosophical problems about existence and belonging. The study explores reoccurring motifs and narrative strategies, showing how the novel questions traditional storytelling and reflects on the fluid character of modern life. The findings show that Flights redefines the bounds of the novel form and offers unique insights into current human experience.
