?nformation System: Personal Teacher's Portal
Abstract: This article substantiates the need of the information system Personal Teachers Portal for students, their parents and teachers. The existing informational systems development environments have been analyzed and the practicability of the developing their own information system on the WEB platform has been proved. The structure and features of the work of the created information system are described in detail.
