A Very Rare Case of Dual Circumflex Coronary Arteries with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Abstract: Coronary artery anomalies are uncommonly found in the general population. The most frequently found anomalies are left circumflex artery (LCX) with a separate origin of the left descending coronary artery (LAD), followed by a left circumflex artery arising from the right sinus of Valsalva or the right coronary artery (RCA). Twin or dual left circumflex coronary arteries are even rarer, with few cases reported in the literature. We report a case of dual circumflex coronary arteries with concomitant inferior wall myocardial infarction.
