Supply and Demand of Spiritual Civilization, and the Cycle of Social System Change - A Chinese Philosophical Perspective on the Transformation of Human Political Economics in the 21st Century
Abstract: Research innovations include explaining Deng Xiaoping?s Two Civilizations Theory from the perspective of Chinese Negative - positive philosophy, unveiling the great significance of the Two Civilizations Theory to the reform upon political economics as well as government functions in the 21st century, (1) using the effective supply of spiritual civilization to explain major political economics issues such as class contradictions, contradictions between productive forces and production relations, disputes between democracy and centralization; (2) reinterpreting the communist ideal of mankind and human happiness with the Two Civilizations Theory; (3) employ the two major indicators of civilization to re - scientifically assess the degree of wealth about a social system; (4) use the spiritual civilization supply theory to explain the cycle of feudal dynasty change as well as the method of cracking the historical cycle law of CPC?s famous "Cave Dialogue"; (5) Take the lead in putting forward the important new political economics concepts of spiritual civilization supply - demand and government function of spiritual civilization supply, point out the direction of government function reform in the 21st century; (6) Take the lead in proposing the three major spiritual civilization supply cycles in the history of CPC, "Mao Zedong Thoughts - Deng Xiaoping Theory (including the 'the Three Representing Thoughts', the Scientific Outlook on Development) - Xi Jinping Thoughts"; (7) it is believed that the spiritual civilization supply function is the inevitable function and primary function of the contemporary government. The political power system itself is the primary demander for spiritual civilization, that is, the spiritual civilization problem of the political power system, or the political ecological problem is the primary problem to be solved by the government's spiritual civilization supply.
