Enhancing Terminal Management through Advanced Data Reporting: A Case Study on Route and Driver Productivity
Abstract: This paper explores the development of a com- prehensive data reporting system for terminal managers. The objective is to enhance terminal operations by enabling managers to assess route and driver productivity efficiently. We discuss the initial use cases, product definitions, database schema, and a phased implementation plan.
