A positive culture and climate can foster employee engagement, job satisfaction, and productivity, while a negative culture and climate can result in high employee turnover, absenteeism, and low productivity. This article aims to explore the concept of organizational culture and climate and their impact on employee behaviour and performance. It will also discuss strategies for creating a positive organizational culture and climate.
