A Study on Administrative Behaviour of High School Male and Female Headmasters in Vellore District
Abstract: In this study was conducted to find out "Administrative Behaviour of High School Male and Female Headmasters in Vellore District". The present study consisted of 200 High school headmasters in Vellore district. The sample was selected by using Random-sampling technique. The finding shows that there is significant difference between the male and female high school heads in respect of their administrative behavior.
