The Problem of Good Governance and Fiscal Risk Explained through the Lens of the Agency Theory
Abstract: The study of the issue of governance is at the center of fiscal risk research. This highly correlated dual has been the subject of several empirical studies for several years; these researches have been able to uncover this subject through the agency theory, which remains the closest explanation of this relationship and its consequences.
