Abstract: Education is one of the important factors which formulate the persona of a person and is a productive and beneficial factor in a persons life which develops a meaningful outlook in life. One may be highly educated, but without meaningful combination of thoughts and feelings, our lives are incomplete and clashing. Only an effective educational setup can bring out the best from the learners, thus improving the quality of life and establishing a progressive and productive society (Mohan et al. , 2007). Teaching profession has historically been viewed as the labor of love and kindness. It has many intrinsic and extrinsic rewards for people entering the pedagogical arena.
