Divergent Methodology of Decision Harmonization in Project Management of Development
Abstract: This work is dedicated to the problems of the project/program subject area planning. The document, which is determining the project/program subject area as the base for the future decision-making about universities development program, was created. This document includes the success estimation criteria of the program (or it parts) finishing.
