Abstract: Background: Patient convenience factors, such as accessibility, hospital infrastructure, staff competence, technology integration, personalized care, affordability, and treatment adherence, significantly influence healthcare outcomes and satisfaction. Evaluating these factors is essential to improve service quality in private hospitals.
