Traditional court workflow systems often struggle with inefficiencies, resource constraints, and administrative bottlenecks. However, Artificial Intelligence (AI) presents a transformative opportunity to enhance these systems. By automating routine tasks, streamlining case management, and improving decision - making processes, AI can significantly enhance court efficiency, providing reassurance about the potential benefits of AI. This paper explores how AI - driven technologies, such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and robotic process automation (RPA), can optimize court workflow engines. It highlights the crucial role of AI in document analysis, case prioritization, scheduling, and decision support. By addressing these challenges, integrating AI technologies can significantly reduce administrative burdens, minimize human errors, and enhance access to justice. The evolving capabilities of AI necessitate a structured implementation framework to ensure alignment with legal standards and ethical considerations.
