Work-Life Balance Policies: Impact on Employee Well-being and Organizational Effectiveness
Abstract: The work-life balance (WLB) concept is attracting the interest of management, employees, HR professionals, and wellness coordinators because it is associated with the health, wellbeing, and performance of workers. This study investigates the impact of work-life balance policies on employee wellbeing and business efficacy through a literature review approach. The research aims to understand how work-life balance programs, employee health, and organizational performance are related by synthesizing available studies. Literature review approach is employed to combine findings of numerous studies to present an exhaustive view of the subject. The discussion highlights the importance of having a healthy balance between personal and professional life in order to enhance staff satisfaction, effectiveness, and allegiance, which finally contributes towards the prosperity of the company.
