Empowering Futures: Unleashing the Impact of Skill Development Programs on Student Employment
Abstract: Skill development programs are crucial initiatives designed to enhance individuals' capabilities in specific areas. This research paper explores the effectiveness of such programs for students, emphasizing their significance in equipping students with practical skills beyond traditional academic curriculum. The paper reviews literature highlighting the importance of skills like critical thinking, social skills, and entrepreneurship.
