Non-Simultaneous (Environment Participated) Quadrupole Time for the Law of Entropy Degeneration

Abstract: Inversion energy is parameter-against-gravity-internal-fluctuation, non-simultaneous time is the retention of gravitational environmental backflows among surface quadrupoles, and quantizing time is the quantized degeneration of non-simultaneous time surface quadrupoles in a topological space.
