Histopathology showed that Alli (Nymphea nouchali burm.f) rhizome & flower extracts induced significant recovery from cellular damage compared to carbon tetrachloride induced group. The most significant activity was observed with Alli (Nymphea nouchali burm.f) rhizome & flower Hydroalcoholic extract at a dose of 400mg\kg.
