Establish a Financial System to Archive and Organize the Payment of Financial Installment for Evening Study Students in Iraqi Colleges Operating under the Application of Excel 2013 and Visual Basic

Abstract: We will employ the capabilities of Excel and our simple experience in the work of the financial department of the evening study for the past years to prepare a financial system to archive and organize the payment of the financial premium for evening study students and programmed to serve the interest of the work of the Department of Accounts in particular and college in general, where a lot of time, effort and tasks will be reduced to the financial department if it is done , And will provide accuracy in work and avoid errors. The system will be prepared for four phases and for evening study, to accommodate the information of 400 students for each of the above separately, and to enter the details of the payment of the financial installment of the evening study to calculate the total amount and sort the students according to the status of payment and other matters. The output of the system will be all the information required by the accounting department, in addition to the possibility of printing on A4 paper.
