The Role of Product Modeling in Enhancing Customer Experience

Abstract: Businesses must prioritize personalized customer experiences to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Effective product modeling within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems plays a crucial role in achieving this by structuring product configurations, pricing, and bundling to meet individual customer needs. Companies that leverage CRM product modeling can offer tailored solutions, improve engagement, and optimize service delivery, ultimately leading to higher customer satisfaction. However, many organizations struggle to implement effective product modeling strategies that align with customer expectations. This paper will explore the relationship between CRM product modeling and its impact on personalized customer experiences. We propose a strategic approach for businesses to integrate CRM product modeling effectively, enabling them to enhance customer interactions, streamline product offerings, and drive long - term customer loyalty.
