It explores how HR departments can play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive environment, promoting diversity, and supporting the well - being and career advancement of LGBT+ employees. The paper also highlights the challenges faced by LGBT+ employees in the workplace and the potential benefits of implementing inclusive HR practices.
