Collected data was analyzed using descriptive and an inferential statistics Result: The pre-test average score was 10.08 with standard deviation of ?2.15. The post-test average score was 18.93 with standard deviation of ?1.89. The test statistical value of the paired t test was 45.21 with p value 0.000, which is less than 0.05, hence the null hypothesis rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus there is significant difference in pre and post-test knowledge scores.
