The experiment used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 replications and 3 treatments. The treatments were designated as follows: T1 ? Start of yellowing to ? inch length of yellow; T2 ? More than ? inch length to 1 inch length of yellow; T3 ? More than 1 inch length to 1.5 inches length of yellow; and storage conditions: Ambient; High Humidity (EC) and Refrigerator. Data were analyzed using Sheff?s Test (HSD). Results showed that Red Lady papaya fruits can be stored longer in refrigerator than in ambient or EC conditions.
