Evaluation of Physical Activities and Sedentary Lifestyle of Elementary School Students of a Northern State School in Brazil
Abstract: To evaluate the physical activities and the sedentarism in schools of Elementary School II of the School Lauro de Carvalho Chaves in Macap, state of Amap. It is noticed that the school is not attentive to the health of the students, since the physical education classes occur once a week with duration of 50 min. (intensity). Executive incentive to carry out planning activities to improve the quality of life of schoolchildren. According to the research data, it becomes relevant that the State can create public policies aimed at the leisure and recreation of this public.
