Training Model based on Constructivism
Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the cognitive abilities of vocational teachers before and after being given constructivism-based training. This study was a pre-experiment with the pretest-posttest group design. Samples were randomly selected as many as 40 people from Bengkulu SMK teachers. I The research instrument is a test of the cognitive abilities of vocational school teachers. Data were analyzed using correlated t test samples. The results were that the cognitive abilities of teachers trained with constructivism-based training models had a very significant increase.
