Pigmented variant of basal cell carcinoma is very rare. Pigmentation makes it difficult to differentiate from malignant melanoma or seborrheic keratosis. Here we shall observe three different cases that showed features indicative of pigmented basal cell carcinoma in a tertiary care hospital.
