Environmental Management System in Nuclear Power Plants

Vinod Nayak, A. M. Shaikh

Abstract: Nuclear Industries in India are the potentially fast growing sources of energy. The energy produced by the NPP is cost effective and clean. energy consumed /utilized in NPP can be Energy saved is more than energy produced. Numerous techniques are applied in NPP to optimise the energy souces utilization. Efficient Energy utilization in industries is a challenge. Systematic planning, close monitoring of energy utilization, appropriate usage of logical optimisation procedure and Techniques will cut down the operating cost of the plant by 10 %.
