Testing the Model of Human Resource Development Using (CFA)

Khaled Abdulla A. Etlesh | Dr. Nasser Habtoor

Abstract: The current study aimed to test the validity of a measurement model of the development of human resources from the perspective of employees in the National Oil Corporation in Libya. The measurement model consisted of human resource development as the latent factor that is represented by four dimensions (planning skill, communication skill, management skills and positive attitudes). To achieve this aim, we used a confirmatory factor analysis (Confirmatory Factor Analysis - CFA) through Amos. The results of the study indicated that this model is a valid measurement model that can be reliable for measuring the development of human resources.
