Abstract: Therapies highly plays a crucial role for all those children and adults with disabilities. In this article, We aim to research the Special Educators Knowledge about Therapies in various special schools in the city of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. A qualitative approach was taken for this purpose. Questionnaires was used to collect the data. It was found that the teachers did not have proper conception on Therapies. The data indicated that the teachers are unaware about the unconventional therapies such as Drama Therapy, Pet Therapy and Laughter Therapy and there benefits when working with CSN. This lack of awareness needs to be addressed for the enhancement of the teacher as well students capabilities.
