The Cosmological Logos and Structural Discontinuity: Intertwining the Prologue of John (1:1-4), Einsmax Amplitude Quantization, and the Global Driver in Macroevolution
Abstract: Traditional evolutionary framework models originally proposed under Darwinian natural selection [12] lacked a microscopic or physical mechanism, relying primarily on continuous phenotypic observation. Modern paleontology [16, 18], molecular clock calculations [40], DNA sequencing, and high-precision radiometric dating [7, 19, 38] demonstrate that species transitions are punctuated by chronostratigraphic "clean gaps" rather than continuous gradual modifications. In this paper, we expand the Global Driver Theory [3, 4] and Einsmax Amplitude Quantization [1, 2] by establishing two critical pillars: thermodynamic entropy management and global temporal synchronization across geographically isolated biomes. We demonstrate that continuous biological transmutation over unbroken geological timescales is thermodynamically forbidden, as unguided genetic drift across millions of years would accumulate excessive entropic decay ($\Delta S_{bio} > 0$), breaching physiological tolerance limits [9]. The systemic gaps act as mandatory entropy-resetting and informational update intervals. Furthermore, cross-continental comparative genomic and geochronological data reveal that identical, unlinked taxa across distinct worldwide environments undergo evolutionary updates at the exact same chronological time points. We link these empirical findings to Johannine cosmology (John 1:1-4; [6, 10, 11, 14, 32]), establishing that the divine Light acts as a non-local Global Driver governing quantum electrodynamics [8, 13, 15, 20, 27, 39] and biological creation.
