The Impact of Electronic Management on Human Resource Development
Abstract: This study aims to identify the impact of electronic management on the development of human resources, it deals with the concept of e-governance, objectives and areas, as well as the concept of human resources, and strategic importance of human resources and goals, and the changes imposed by the electronic management of human resources.
