Production of Biomass by Gasification Using Coconut Shell
Abstract: a days there is increase in demand of alternate fuels as the availability of preponderant fuels like petroleum, crude oil, etc. are declining day by day. To meet out the energy demand alternate process of producing fuel is carried out. One among those is the production of Biomass. There are many methods in producing the biomass but gasification is the best. This paper deals with the production of biomass by gasification using coconut shell, significance & chemistry of gasification and design of downdraught gasifier.
