Remote Work and Employee Mental Well-being: Findings from NGOs in Nairobi County, Kenya
Abstract: This study examined the influence of remote work on employee mental well-being among employees of non-governmental organizations in Nairobi County, Kenya. A descriptive research design and quantitative approach were adopted. The target population consisted of 844 employees from 40 NGOs, from which a sample of 272 respondents was selected using Yamane's formula. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression.
