Abstract: Background: Urinary incontinence (UI) is a common and distressing condition among multiparous women, primarily caused by pelvic floor muscle weakness. It significantly affects quality of life, leading to physical discomfort, social embarrassment, and psychological distress. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of hypopressive exercise and Pilates's exercise, both combined with Kegel exercises, in managing urinary incontinence among multiparous women. Methodology: A total of 30 subjects aged between 45 and 55 years were selected and randomly divided into two groups: Group A (hypopressive exercise with Kegel exercises) and Group B (Pilates's exercise with Kegel exercises). The intervention was carried out over a period of 6 weeks, with sessions conducted four times per week. Outcome measures included the King's Health Questionnaire (KHQ), International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire (ICIQ), and the pad weight test. Results: Both groups demonstrated significant improvement in reducing urinary leakage and improving quality of life. Statistical analysis using paired t-tests revealed significant improvements within Group A and Group B (p < 0.05). Independent t-test analysis between groups showed a statistically significant difference (t-value > 2.0, p < 0.05), indicating variation in effectiveness between the interventions.
