Abstract: Communication is considered one of the most important soft skills in modern academic and professional environments. The nature of the research methodology is descriptive and analytical and is conceptual. The study also identifies fundamental hurdles to effective communication such as lack of confidence, language issues, fear of public speaking and poor interpersonal contact. Moreover, the research shows that communicative influence can be effectively improved by means of communication skills training, group discussions, seminars, public speaking practice, and personality development programs. In today?s society, one that is globalised and digitalised, the power of communication has become an essential part of personal and professional success.
