Evaluation and Comparison of Nutritional Status of Soil and Jeevamrutham in the Growth and Yield of Paddy Variety
Abstract: The decreasing soil fertility, over-reliance on chemical fertilizers, and the environmental degradation that comes with such practice are increasingly challenging sustainable rice farming. Continuous use of synthetic inputs has led to nutrient imbalance, reduced microbial diversity, and deterioration of soil health, ultimately affecting crop productivity. Against this backdrop, the current study was conducted to determine the efficacy of Jeevamrutham, a traditional fermented biofertilizer, in improving soil health, soil microbial activity, plant growth and yield performance of paddy (Oryza sativa L.) in the field.
Keywords: Jeevamrutham nutrion components, soil nutrients and paddy variety
