Rheumatoid Lung Disease Mimicking Pulmonary Infection in an Elderly Male
Abstract: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systemic autoimmune disorder principally affecting the joints; however, extra-articular manifestations, particularly pulmonary involvement, are frequently encountered. Rheumatoid Lung Disease (RLD) comprises a broad spectrum of pulmonary parenchymal and airway abnormalities, among which Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) is the most common and clinically significant manifestation.
