Rayat E-Store: A Closed-Loop Socio-Economic Agribusiness Model Leveraging Asia's Largest Educational Network
Abstract: This paper presents the conceptual and operational framework of the "Rayat E-Store?, a disruptive agribusiness model designed by Rayat Shikshan Sanstha. By leveraging a massive institutional network of 496 campuses and a captive community of two million stakeholders, the model seeks to eliminate the exploitative intermediary layers of the traditional APMC Mandi system. Through a "Hub-and-Spoke" logistical architecture and a unique 75:10:10:5 revenue-sharing formula, the project transforms schools and colleges into collection and processing centers. The study demonstrates how educational institutions can serve as economic engines, moving beyond traditional pedagogy to create a "Produce and Prosper" ecosystem that ensures financial stability for farmer-parents and hands-on entrepreneurial training for students.
