PatchOmics: AI-Driven Microneedle System for Real-Time Multi-Omics Health Monitoring

Diya Anne

Abstract: This paper introduces PatchOmics, an AI-powered microneedle patch system designed for real-time, non-invasive multi-omics health monitoring. The system captures proteomic, metabolomic, and transcriptomic biomarkers from interstitial fluid and integrates them with user data via a federated AI model to deliver personalized health risk assessments. PatchOmics offers enhanced diagnostic accuracy (92%), rapid latency (1.2s), and strong privacy features, making it suitable for use in both clinical and low-resource settings. Simulated and modeled case studies demonstrate the platform?s potential in cardiometabolic risk profiling, neurodegenerative screening, and personalized wellness management. The work lays a foundation for scalable, secure, and inclusive preventive medicine.
