Prioritizing Online Food Delivery Systems in Hyderabad Through Analytical Hierarchy Process

Abstract: This study aims to utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique, is proposed to prioritize online food delivery systems. This methodology is applied to several prominent online food delivery systems. By comparing the data from each criterion, the delivery companies could also improve their services for better experience. Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) was utilized in order to determine the weights and decision of each factor to the study. The data was gathered through google forms survey questionnaires at Hyderabad, India. Based on the computed weighted alternatives, Swiggy is considered as the top alternative, Zomato as the next one, Uber Eats at the at the third position, Food panda at fourth position and Dunzo at last.
