Abstract: Muscle spasms during sports can impair an athlete?s performance and require immediate pain management. This case study explores the effectiveness of Viddha Karma, a traditional Ayurvedic therapy, in managing acute muscle spasms. An 18-year-old professional football player experienced a severe calf spasm during a match, prompting the application of Viddha Karma for pain relief.
