The paper discusses the technical aspects of provisioning, including unique identifier assignment and security configurations. Furthermore, it explores future directions in SIM provisioning, including the integration of AI and blockchain technologies. It also considers the economic implications and relationship to emerging network technologies like 5G and IoT.
