In Sri Lanka, the disease is increasingly diagnosed, with diabetes and agricultural practices being the most common risk factors. This review explores the diverse manifestations of melioidosis in Sri Lanka, categorizing them by organ systems. Additionally, it discusses diagnostic and therapeutic strategies specific to the region.
