An Unusual Case of Diaphragmatic Stimulation: Reel Syndrome
Abstract: Twiddler syndrome, Reel syndrome and Rachet syndrome are rare causes of pacemaker lead macrodislodgement leading to pacemaker malfunction. They usually present with symptom of syncope in dependent patients due to lack of capture. We report a case of 50 year old female with Reel syndrome presenting with diaphragmatic stimulation.
