Abstract: This study investigates the impact of the Mais Vida project on the physical and mental health of patients at the Santa Luzia Family Health Unit in Pedregulho, S?o Paulo. Through clinical data collection and patient interviews, the research explores how physical activity influences patient?s health. The study confirms the positive effects of physical activity on chronic disease management and mental wellbeing, emphasizing the importance of integrating such programs in primary care settings to enhance community health.
