Despite strides in gender equality, working women continue to confront unique health issues influenced by various factors, including socioeconomic status, work-related stress, and lifestyle choices etc. Through an analytical approach, this study investigates the multifaceted determinants contributing to the development of diabetes among working women. By synthesizing existing literature and empirical evidence, the research aims to elucidate the complex interplay of biological, environmental, and social factors underlying diabetes causation in this demographic.
