Abstract: Myocardial infarction (MI) remains a significant cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. In recent years, advancements in internal medicine have revolutionized the diagnosis and management of MI, leading to improved outcomes for patients. This review explores contemporary approaches to the diagnosis and interventions for MI, encompassing various modalities such as imaging techniques, biomarkers, pharmacotherapy, and interventional procedures.
