Dr. Rakesh Kotha

Abstract: This article addresses the common concern among parents about noisy breathing in infants, often caused by small nasal passages and conditions like laryngomalacia. Laryngomalacia, characterized by soft tissues in the voice box, leads to noisy respiration, typically starting a few weeks after birth. The article aims to inform parents about the causes, symptoms, and management of laryngomalacia, emphasizing the importance of observing the baby?s breathing patterns and seeking medical advice if necessary to ensure the infants health and alleviate parental anxiety.
