Abstract: This technical report details the 2023 Annual Rocket Launch organized by Rocketry India, an amateur rocketry club. It covers the development and challenges of building a model rocket, including the flight computer, payloads, and rocket motor. It concludes with reflections on the launch?s success and future aspirations for the club.
