A Review of Motivation Theories and Power of Mental Habits

Abstract: Throughout history, philosophers, scholars, and social scientists have attempted to unearth the true nature of the inner force that drives every human action and attitude. People endeavored to know ?thyself? to realize the sources of their feelings, emotions, strengths, potentials, and senses of interest. A vast number of study findings are also available on the issue related to the core source of human motivation. Through a review of the existing concepts, the study focuses on understanding the core nature of human drive through a neurobiological evolutionary lens. A habit - induced model shall perhaps explain the needs of every human feelings, behaviors, and actions from birth to death.
