Abstract: Background: Unhealthy dietary habits play a crucial role in the development of heart disease. Blending of vegetable oils has been shown to improve lipid profile and inflammatory parameters. Method: This was a retrospective, observational, single center real-world study. Anonymized medical records with follow up visits(1 month) for subjects above 18 years were included in the study. This study aimed at determining the effect of a blend of rice bran oil, flaxseed oil and sunflower oil on the glycemic and lipid parameters. Results: A total of 73 records were included in the study, of which 56.16% subjects were female.The mean age was 45.67 ? 15.38 years.
